ABOUT ALEGRIA BAZAAR
Founded in 2001, Alegria Bazaar originally started out of Paula’s personal love of creating jewelry since she was 8 years old and growing up with South American, French, and Italian parents and influences. Ignited by the meaning of the word Alegria which means joy in several languages, what started as a stand in Los Angeles’s popular farmers markets and art fairs including Calabasas, Brentwood, and Larchmont Village led to her being one of the first fashion and jewelry mobile trucks in Los Angeles history. Fueled by Paula’s two decades of working with crystals and her true passion for lifestyle curation, the Alegria Bazaar mobile truck led to a popular brick and mortar store in LA’s historic Larchmont Village district and was based there from 2017 until 2020. With Paula’s commitment to capturing the diversity, nature, and soul of the human experience with the healing and powerful properties of crystals, Alegria Bazaar is currently an online boutique offering her jewelry designs, handmade crystal and essential oil blended candles , custom blessing boxes, a the various forms of fellow artisan’s creations including kanthas, art work, and jewelry, high quality sage, copal, palo santo, and an ever evolving holistic apothecary.
Also for individuals based in Los Angeles, in-person custom design appointments can be booked depending on availability .
